  1. EXERCISE- People think that sleeping increases energy. But, that's no correct. There's a correction. Good sleep increases energy. You can sleep good when you are physically tired. To get tired, simply do an hour of physical exercises in the morning and same, an hour of walk in the evening. By doing such physically tiring things will help your body and mind relaxed resulting in a deep and a good sleep. Thus, you'll wake up energized in morning.
  2. ACUPRESSURE- You all might be familiar with what is acupressure. There are many kits of acupressure available in both, offline and online markets. Buy one if you can. It comes in a range of ₹300-₹500. It will consist of a squarish plate with spikes on it. Stand on the plate every morning and see how your energy increases.   9. AWARENESS- Try to do this simple exercise. Sit at a place without any kind of pressure and feel, hear, see the things that are happening around you. Start by sitting for 5-10 minutes and you will feel like sitting for some more time. The results will be amazing. You will feel very light, empty, fresh, pressure-less on your head.
