3 THINGS you MUST DO EVERYDAY!
If you wish to manufacture a material of extraordinary quality, what is the main thing you will require? The answer is raw material. Similarly, the thought process of our mind should get developed in the way which is very supreme, excellent, extraordinary with the help of which we should be able to tackle any problem. So, for such development, what should be the raw material?

Have you ever wondered what is the raw material of our brain or mind? Probably not. It is the information that we feed in ourselves, the thing which is always under estimated the most by us.
We all watch many reality shows, news which are not actually helpful or healthy for our mind. By doing such things, we fill our brain with garbage and hope to see a productive life which remains next to impossible.
So, the raw material, the intake, the feeding for our mind should be something nice. Like you should watch or listen something pleasant, something nice. Again a question comes, what information to read? See, there are two types of information- the one which temporarily charges you up while the other which makes you think, which makes your brain muscles work.
People in this world know what are worries, but they don't know what is constructive thinking. Any information or data which continuously keeps going into you mind always creates worries and a negative attitude on your thinking. On the other hand, the data which makes you think is the correct information one must engulf.
The other thing which you should try practicing everyday is finding your satisfaction in others satisfaction. Like, for example, poor people who ask for money, try taking them to restaurant or any other place of eating and tell them to eat as much as they want. See how happy they will become. While eating, they may doubt once or twice that you will ask to stop eating, but remove all their doubts and let them eat. The satisfaction and smile you will see on their face after their food is done would be of million dollars. And this satisfaction should make your day satisfied and successful.
When we fall asleep, our sub-conscious mind still remains at work. The thoughts, or rather the dreams you encounter during your sleep are generally from this sub-conscious mind. Your mood and expressions at the time you get up are also decided by this part of mind. So what you can do such that will make you sleep into a fully positive element so that your morning also becomes cheerful, happy and productive and so as you day.
Just do one simple thing, spare 5-5 minutes of your entire day, one part for morning and the other for before falling asleep. But it is not such a compulsion. You can do this anytime irrespective of place and time. The thing which you have to do is, take a deep breath and say "I am physically active" and while exhaling, say "And mentally relaxed". Think once, what will happen by doing this?
Ponder upon a thing, what is the most essential thing which you will need to achieve success in your life? The basic answer comes is good physical and mental health. So repeat the above steps in your mind now for two minutes and then read further.
You might have experienced that all the stress busted out from your mind and you must be feeling very light, nice, active and mentally fresh to tackle problems of your life.
To summarize, 3 things you must do everyday are:
- Read or listen something which is healthy,
- Find your satisfaction in others' satisfaction, and
- Say "I am physically active and mentally relaxed" to charge yourself both, physically and mentally.
